Car buying process finds no favour with women

A survey claims to show that women don't trust motor retailers and hate the car buying process.

It was done by web-based company CarEnquiry, which says it offers a safe and simple environment for the public to buy and sell cars.

It collated feedback from women using its service in recent months and found they dislike interacting with dealers face-to-face.
