Can't see the likes of Philip Green or Tesco taking advice from an industry that makes 0.6% pre tax profits too seriously.

Well Archie, Don't knock Mr Forrester on this one. Was it less than 2years ago that Tesco claimed to sell to the public cars 20% less than dealer forecourt prices??? Crashed and burned! Our model is not a basket case, it just takes devoted skilled people to make it work! Why is this industry always trying to do itself down? I agree with Bob F. I know the lengths we go to to create customer delight, I don't often see this on the high street!
