Suzuki GB has presented a number of awards to the dealer network in recognition of various achievements over the past twelve months.

Commenting on the awards, held at its national dealer conference, Suzuki GB sales and marketing director Dale Wyatt  said: "We are very pleased with the achievements of all of our winning dealers and would like to congratulate them for their efforts, as well as to the entire network for its commitment to the brand.

"Looking forward, we will launch a new model each year for the next three years and hope to build on the success we are currently having with the new SX4 S-Cross." 

All dealers were assessed on seven criteria and scored to determine who would be the winner in the large, medium and small Dealer of the Year categories. The categories included: percentage of target sales achieved, finance penetration percentage, sales (CSI), service CSI, number of parts sold, number of accessories sold, and return on sales percentage. 

The winners are: large dealer - Luscombe Suzuki, Leeds; medium dealer -  J and J Motors, Bridgend; small dealer - Hale Common  Suzuki, Isle of Wight.

Individual awards for the categories of sales growth, CSI improvement, parts growth and finance penetration were given to:

Sales Growth Award:            Ponthir Road Suzuki, Newport          

CSI Improvement:                 Gordon Motors, Perthshire

Parts Growth:                         T W White and Sons, Effingham

Finance:                                  Islington Suzuki, Trowbridge             

Eight of the dealers also received awards for long service: (25 Years): Brenwood Suzuki, Kircaldy; (20 Years) Autosales, Bilston; Blackshaws, Alnwick; Chiswick Suzuki, Brentford;  Fawdingtons Garage, Hexham; Motor Mall, Guernsey; Motor Mall, Jersey: Pentraeth Automotive, Anglesey.      

A further seven dealers became members of the "500+ Club" in recognition of selling over 500 cars per dealership: Chapel House Motor Co; Colin Appleyard Cars; Hodgson Suzuki; Jenkins Suzuki; Luscombe Suzuki; Ponthir Road Suzuki; T J Vickers.
