Bentley has revealed its second-generation Flying Spur which will go on sale in the UK in June priced from £150,000.

The luxury brand says the new limousine model is now a model line in its own right rather than just a stretched Continental GT Coupe.

The Flying Spur will come with twin-turbo 6.0-litre W12 delivers peak power of 616bhp at 2000rpm, and 580lb ft of torque at 2000rpm. CO2 emissions have been reduced by 13% with fuel economy improved to 19.2mpg and emissions figures down to a still hefty 343g/km CO2. There will be a V8 version coming too.

The W12 will push the Flying Spur from 0-60mph in 4.3secs and on to a top speed of 200mph.

Improved refinement was also a goal for the new model and the air suspension rates are softer and so are the anti-roll bars to improve wheel impact absorption. New sound dampening technology including acoustic glass, aero-optimised underbody panels and enlarged rear mufflers will ensure a smooth and quiet cabin environment.

Interior features include 10m-squared of natural wood for each car, USB, HDMI and SD connections, plus a DVD slot for each rear seat, individual screens, touch screen passenger remote and Wi-Fi hotspot capability. The rear seats can be configured for five- or four-seats.
