Hudson Kapel Group has secured a three year contract with Toyota GB to manage the defleet of management and staff cars from the Japanese brand's three UK locations.

It will collect cars and inspect and refurbish them where necessary to an agreed Toyota retail standard at its facility in Bedfordshire, ready for remarketing to the Toyota dealer network.

The Hudson Kapel working relationship with Toyota stretches back to 1994 when the company first started refurbishing daily rental cars for re-sale.

“Toyota is one of our key strategic customers and we are delighted to be extending a working relationship that goes back over 20 years,” said Hudson Kapel director, Simon Withey.

“It is important to us that Toyota continues to show confidence in our abilities which we have built up over many years. It is particularly gratifying that Toyota was one of our first customers and our relationship has grown and flourished since that time.”
