A Mitsubishi dealership from Finchley had such success with a pop up shop it plans to repeat the exercise for future plate-change campaigns.
Humming Bird Mitsubishi, which is in Regents Park Road, had an eye-catching display at Brent Cross for a week, with an Outlander PHEV, Mirage and ASX drawing plenty of interest – and plenty of data capture as a result.
Dealer Principal Larry Wood said: ‘It went well. It was very busy, as Brent Cross gets a lot of footfall – thousands of people every day – so it was well worth attending. It was fantastic to be in there.
‘We had over 140 enquiries and have already sold three Outlander PHEVs and a used Outlander as a result. Since the PHEV was launched we’ve sold more than 30 of the vehicles, so what was very pleasing for me was that we had lots of interest in the Mirage and ASX as well.’
