RTS appoints board director of learning

Automotive training company RTS Group has appointed Kathryn Searle to its board as director of learning and development.

Searle was previously the Wiltshire-based company’s head of learning.

RTS Group specialises in learning and development for customer-facing staff in the automotive industry, and counts Mazda, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz and Nissan among its clients.

Searle has a background in marketing communications, business intelligence and training.

RTS Group managing director Malcolm Miller said: “Kathryn is a great asset to the RTS Board. As director of learning and development she will drive our learning and development capability, and work with our teams to strengthen programme development, design and delivery, demonstrating an excellent return on investment to our clients.”
