AM is launching a new one day trade expo, in partnership with the National Franchised Dealers Association, to explore the range of automotive retail challenges which span both sales and aftersales as well as deliver best practice seminars.
Automotive Management LIVE will attract 500+ delegates from the franchised network and independent sector where they will have access to a host of exhibitors as well as being able to attend a series of seminars and listen to expert and keynote speakers presenting insights into a variety of topics including new and used car retailing and aftersales.
Taking place at the Arena:MK, Milton Keynes, on Wednesday, November 16, it will be free for dealer and manufacturer delegates to attend, although pre-registration is required.
Among the series of events scheduled for the day, Automotive Management LIVE will include eight best practice sessions exploring themes such as digital, auctions, new car sales, used car challenges and aftersales issues, as well as an F&I theatre.
Automotive Management LIVE will incorporate all aspects of automotive retailing in today’s highly competitive and complex market under one roof and in one day. Some of the sector’s most valued and knowledgeable suppliers will showcase the scope of their business, products and services whilst insight, best practice and exploring future trends will ensure the day will be highly informative, providing dealers with plenty of new ideas.
AM editor-in-chief Stephen Briers said: “AM sits at the heart of the franchised dealer sector while its newly launched sister publication Independent Dealer provides the same high level analysis for the independent sector.
"It means we are best placed to create and host such an ambitious event which aims to pull together all aspects of automotive retail, service and repair into one expo.
“We are confident this is the event the trade is looking for as dealers are now working in an environment where departments and responsibilities are increasingly interwoven and interdependent rather than operating in the silos of old. It stands to reason that we should be offering an event which reflects this holistic way of working.
“In many ways the individual success of each area of the business relies on the success of another, for example, both new and used car sales depend on a robust F&I offering and a high performing aftersales department relies on returning sales customers.
"Meanwhile, technology and efficient processes are imperative in delivering an exceptional customer experience.”
The event promises to be high profile, fast paced, insightful, enjoyable.
