TrustFord launches first retail customer app

TrustFord has launched its first app for retail customers to manage their maintenance requirements, as well as access information specific to their vehicle. 

The marketing development team worked with supplier App Creative over six months developing the app which is available for free on both the iOS and Android platforms.

The app can be set to remind customers of their insurance and tax renewal dates, as well as when their vehicle is scheduled for its MoT and service, both of which can be booked quickly and efficiently.

By entering the vehicle’s registration (including non-Ford vehicles), the app can provide useful information such as recommended tyre pressure and oil type, dimensions, engine size, MPG and performance.

Users will also be able to locate their nearest TrustFord dealership, search for used car stock, and check TrustFord’s latest new car offers.

In addition, the app provides helpful advice, such as videos on maintenance and technology.

TrustFord has also partnered with the ‘Car Finder’ service to allow users to quickly locate the nearest car parking facility and all available car parks nearby.

The app helps users easily see opening hours, parking charges and directions to their chosen car park.
