Keyloop is launching its new VEGA and VEGA.ai business intelligence tools that can aggregate and interpret data in real-time from the company’s portfolio of software solutions.
Dealers can use these tools to evaluate key aspects of their performance and identify how best to maximise customer and vehicle lifetime value, reduce costs and increase margins.
VEGA and VEGA.ai will integrate into Keyloop's dealer management system (DMS) services and will be available to the first dealer customers in September.
VEGA.ai will then become an embedded feature of the various software products comprised within Fusion, Keyloop’s new end-to-end Automotive Retail Platform (ARP).
Fusion incorporates four distinct ‘domains’ – Demand, Supply, Ownership and Operate – covering what Keyloop describes as all key functions within a dealership business.
Keyloop said VEGA and VEGA.ai will offer a curated choice of template reports that provide actionable insights covering a wide range of key dealership functions, such as new and used car sales, aftersales, finance and parts and vehicle inventory.
Real-time performance view from across a group
Multi-site groups will be able to produce automated reports that drill down into the performance of individual dealerships or brands, or aggregate data from across the business for higher level strategic analysis and planning, unifying connected data sources into a single, live view.
The additional AI functionality in VEGA.ai will allow tailored reports to be generated using natural language prompts.
Predictive trend analysis and automated workflows will guide teams on how to stay ahead of emerging risks and counter potential costs.
Adrian Nash, chief product officer at Keyloop, said: “Dealers need the right data at the right time to make smarter decisions, whether they are managing sales, inventory, service, finance or strategy.
“With VEGA.ai, managers will be able to ask a simple question using natural language queries and get instant answers that they can act on – no need for analysts and no delays."
This includes areas like stock turn, workshop efficiency, improved forecasting and customer retention.
Nash added: "Our goal is to transform the insights available to frontline teams and leaders.
"Shared dashboards, role-specific alerts and cross-departmental insights will break down silos, align priorities and foster more decisive, informed action.”
Keyloop confirmed that Fusion's tools are ready to be rolled out for dealerships and groups of all sizes, even for company's that are operating in multiple countries.
