Car leasing advertising portal ContractHireandLeasing.com has appointed Craig Moran as manufacturer and dealer relationship manager to boost its network of dealership and manufacturer partners.
Moran joins ContractHireandLeasing.com from AMT Contract Hire & Leasing, where he was general manager.
With 28 years' experience in the automotive industry, Moran has also previously held managerial positions in both business development and corporate sales at Zenith Contracts and Mercedes-Benz North Yorkshire.
In his new role, Moran will be responsible for building upon and growing ContractHireandLeasing.com’s formal partnerships with vehicle manufacturers, as well as increasing the number of dealership networks within the company’s portfolio of advertisers.
Moran said: “The way consumers choose to pay for the cars they drive is changing rapidly, particularly with today’s ‘direct debit generation’. As more and more drivers become aware of the benefits and simplicity of leasing – it’s something that’s only set to continue growing. It’s definitely a trend that UK dealerships need to ensure they’re prepared for.
“ContractHireandLeasing.com is increasingly recognised as the number one resource for dealerships aiming to increase the leads they receive for their leasing deals, and our goal is for all manufacturers to be on board with us within the next two years.”
David Timmis, managing director of ContractHireandLeasing.com, added: “Bringing Craig on board is exactly what the business needs as we continue to expand. With his proven pedigree in the sector, we’re confident that he’ll help us build upon existing relationships with dealership networks and increase the pipeline of partners signing-up with us.
“Craig’s previous industry roles mean he has first-hand, advertiser-side experience of ContractHireandLeasing.com’s effectiveness in helping dealers make more sales with leasing. We’re confident in his ability to work closely with dealerships to demonstrate how we can help them increase their exposure and receive more high quality leads.”
