Modix has announced the appointment of Julian McClung as head of product and Jason Jones as head of delivery as it continues to expand its retailing platform.

The Cox Automotive-owned digital marketing business has bolstered its team following the growth experienced since its UK launch in September 2016.

McClung will lead the product department at Modix, which covers the development of digital forecourts, search marketing, imagery solutions, stock management and dealership support.

He will be charged with ensuring new product development strategies remain customer focused and add value to the customer’s bottom line.

McClung said: “Consumer satisfaction must be the end result of everything we do, and we already have plans in the pipeline to transform our current strategy to add even more insight led, customer focused solutions that directly address the client’s needs.”

Jones joins as head of delivery. He said: “My experience lies in helping organisations move from process-centric systems to customer and value-centric delivery, and I look forward to bringing this to Modix.”
