Team building is fun

It was AM's team building day out yesterday.

We decided to go white water rafting on a man made course in Nottingham.

After a quick safety briefing we were thrown right in to it.

If anyone reading this is thinking on going on a team day out then I would recommend going rafting. It made the whole team pull together to get through some of the bigger rapids, although there was the occasional casualty (see gallery below).
