Power comes from Ford’s 1.0- and 1.6-litre EcoBoost engines. The 1.0-litre offers 50.4mpg average economy and 129g/km CO2 emissions, helped by stop/start and Active Grille Shutter that closes flaps in the front grille to improve engine warming and aerodynamics when required. The 148bhp 1.6 comes with a six-speed automatic gearbox as standard, while the 1.6 turbodiesel delivers 61.4mpg and 120g/km emissions.
