Ferrari is celebrating the addition of the UK’s first new franchise location in 15 years after the opening of Sytner Group’s Graypaul dealership in Glasgow.

Coming in the same month that JCT600 opened the doors to its new £9 million Ferrari supercar dealership in Leeds, the new facility on Braille Crescent, Renfrew – just off the city’s busy M8 Motorway – also takes the AM100 retail group’s Ferrari representation to five sites across the UK.

Sytner already operates Ferrari’s franchise in Edinburgh and clearly sees the growth potential of a brand that is poised to launch its first SUV, the Purosangue, in 2023.

Dominic Bell, head of Business at Graypaul Glasgow has over 15 years’ experience with the Sytner Group and already successfully leads the existing Ferrari dealership in Edinburgh.

He said: “This is an incredibly exciting time for the iconic Ferrari brand and we are privileged to be bringing the world’s foremost luxury sports car manufacturer to the city of Glasgow, and we all look forward to welcoming both new and long-standing customers and Ferrari fans to Graypaul Glasgow.”

Francesco Balli, regional manager for Ferrari North Europe, said: “The UK remains one of the most important markets for Ferrari, and we are delighted to announce the expansion of the dealer network into Scotland.

“We know there are many passionate clients and fans in Scotland, and we look forward to welcoming them to our new home in Glasgow – from where we are sure many an memorable road trip into the Highlands will begin.”

Like JCT600’s new addition to the Ferrari dealership network, Sytner’s new Graypaul Ferrari dealership in Glasgow subscribes to a new Ferrari corporate identity first showcased at Dick Lovett’s new Ferrari dealership in Swindon.

The facility features a large showroom for new cars from the current product range, including the Ferrari Roma coupe, and the innovative hybrid 296 GTB and SF90 Stradale.

Ferrari’s UK retail network has seen a significant amount of investment from franchisees in recent months as the brand prepares for electrification and the launch of its first SUV, the Purosangue.

Also among the latest developments was Carrs Ferrari’s opening of a new, purpose-built supercar dealership in Exeter back in January.
