Accounts Assistant
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to work alongside our Accountant at our luxury dealership in Hockley Heath. We have a small team of around 15 staff, along with an additional 20 at our aftersales site just 2 miles down the road. We are a professional and friendly team, looking to offer the highest service to our customers and represent the prestige sector in the best possible manner.
Main duties would include:
Sales Ledger – reconciliation of cash received, sending out statements, raising invoices and chasing debtors.
Purchase Ledger – processing all purchase ledger invoices and validating information, checking statements and creating and processing bacs payments
Nominal Ledger – Full monthly bank reconciliation, various other nominal reconciliations
Sales Admin – selling & purchasing vehicles into stock, maintaining the validity of all stock records
You will be experienced in working in an accounts environment. Kerridge and Sales Admin experience is desirable but not essential, full training will be given.
Attention to detail is an important aspect of this role, as well as working in an orderly and efficient manner. You must be flexible and open to adapt, as well as being an excellent team player. This is a brilliant opportunity to add depth to your accounts experience, and to make the role your own.
