Are you looking for an Administration / Assistant Role that offers the flexibility of working within school hours.
Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well established organisation that are based in Kettering.
Assisting the Manager within the After sales Department which could include being the first point of contact for queries and resolutions within an efficient and timely manner.
Main duties of the role will include –
Giving administrative support to the After Sales Manager to ensure the smooth running of the After Sales Department
Inputting data and updating data on the computer system
Liaising with customers, internal departments and contractors being able to identify what assistance is required and process as necessary
Coordinating requirements with the factory
Any other duties required
The ideal candidate will have previous administration / customer service experience, able to work on their own initiative, have good time management, attention to detail, computer literate MS Office and be a good communicator.
This is a part time role working Monday to Friday 20 hours per week
