After Sales Co-ordinator

Your role as an After sales Co-ordinator:

Working as part of a small team you will be working in a busy sales office assisting the sales team with the administration of orders. The role will include:
Order processing for Far East orders for all other divisions
Dealing with delivery issues/ customer issues
Liaising with the couriers to solves any issues.
Raising imprint orders on the bespoke systems
Chasing suppliers in relation to lead times and schedules.
Investigating any issues and finding resolutions for customers
Liaising with the UK warehouse on dispatch of goods
Quoting on large quantity of stock orders
Arranging swatches and pre-production samples for the customer
We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Experience in either an office-based administrator or a similar sales support role.
IT literate and comfortable with general office systems
An upbeat and friendly character with a strong team player attitude and good communication skills
