After Sales Coordinator
Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently working with one of our fantastic clients in the Howden - Goole area who require an After sales Coordinator to work within their Appliance after care team on an initial 6 month basis.
The role is working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Hybrid working available - 3 Days at home - 2 In the Office on average
The successful After Sales Coordinator would be joining a busy & dedicated team of 10 staff working in a fast paced environment
Peak times may call for working on a Saturday
The After sales Coordinator will be responsible for dealing with escalated after sales service queries regarding appliances from Independent Engineers or from Howden Joinery Depots nationwide. As an Appliance After sales Operator, you will work collaboratively with the Field Service Support Engineers and Supply Chain to deliver the best after sales service for our end users.
Key Responsibilities:
To accurately log information from depots and Engineers
To take action to support Independent engineers through service, systems and resolution of stock issues
Escalation of Appliance after sales issues
To take direction from and appropriate action as requested by the Team Leader and Department HeadTo be successful in this After Sales Coordinator role, you must have experience in resolving challenging customer queries whilst always keeping the end user experience top of mind. This is a full time role for a period of 3-6 months which may include Saturdays, it would be ideal if you had experience working with Appliances, however this isn't essential.
The candidate we are looking for should be organised, have good communications skills both written and oral, be numerate. An understanding of Appliance terminology would be an advantage.
Ideally, they should have experience of the role or something very similar as they will need to be able to work on their own initiative
