After Sales Manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have had at least 12 months experience of running an after sales department before
* Must be energetic and hard working
Our well-established client is currently seeking an experienced After sales Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a great business. As an Aftersales Manager you will be hands on in nature, financially aware, have effective communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to negotiate at all levels.
After sales Manager Responsibilities:
* Progress retail labour sales
* Operate a wholesale trade parts facility and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction throughout
* Make sure premises, tools, equipment and other dealership assets are controlled and used effectively
* Maximise service productivity and profitability
* Maintain an effective control of expenses in line with agreed objectives by regular examination and review of management accounts and budgets
* Improve standards of performance of the service team through effective coaching and performance management
* Manage all aspects of the Aftersales Departments
After sales Manager requirements:
* Have knowledge of vehicle design, manufacture and legislation
* Must understand process and efficiency
* Minimum of 1 years running an Aftersales Department before
