Astute are exclusively partnered with a client who share our vision about hiring great people to power a sustainable world. Our client, an onshore wind development and service business, is looking for an After Sales Manager / Customer Relationship Manager to join the team on a hybrid working basis, with a minimum of 3 days in the office.

Roles & Responsibilities
As an After Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Being the primary customer contact for our client in onshore wind. Organise, manage and maintain key customer accounts.
Ensuring customer needs are met, prioritising customer queries and concerns, responding quickly and appropriately to meet with customer expectations.
Ability to understand and interpret contractual and technical matters in order to articulate customer facing responses.
Ownership of any turbine performance issues or maintenance required.
Responsible for ensuring timely payments and managing expectations for all invoices.
Ensure compliance and customer compliance with contracts. Where anomalies occur, communicate these with relevant supervisors and managers and work towards a positive outcome
Produce and manage reports for supervisors and management, internal/external customers both paper based and computerized
Be the face of the company regarding any warranty or service requirements ensuring where possible avoidance of compensation payments, ensuring relevant action is taken.
Any other duties as required

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

Able to prioritise workload accordingly
Exceptional customer relations
Experience with interdepartmental liaison
Ability to take the lead and control accounts
A positive approach to work and in dealing with tasks
Proficient with Microsoft software
A resilient, robust and dynamic nature

Salary & Package
