After Sales Service advisor
Do you have experience in Products, warranty, or Customer Service? Do you have a technical mind?
Full training will be provided.
This role is based in Newbury Town Centre offering a salary of £24K plus excellent benefits including bonus, excellent working hours (Monday to Friday) free parking and 25 days holiday.
The role requires working and communicating directly with consumers via telephone, email, and social media. You will be liaising closely with specified 3rd party suppliers
After Sales Service - Warranty Monitoring / Resolution / Escalation
Answering, Resolving, and reporting for all UK Helplines
All tickets requiring a product repair to be escalated to the line manager
All tickets requiring a product replacement / spare part to be forwarded to customer service to process
Monitoring of Personal Call data, HubSpot tickets & Social Media feedback in relation to ASS - Monthly
Providing an excellent level of care to customers and suppliers
General administration task
