After Sales Service Manager required for Cirencester. A position has arisen for an After Sales and Service Manager / Workshop Manager to work within a business that supplies high specification self-propelled sprayers, tractors and most other agricultural implements.

Very much a management position for an After Sales Service Manager, you will come from a similar background. The After Sales Service Manager is responsible for team of around 5 Agricultural Technicians. Allocating jobs, ensuring they are completed on time and ensuring the workshop runs at a profit. The After Sales Service Manager is also responsible for identifying staff training, Ensuring efficiency on the jobs and that all the relevant paperwork is completed.

Working currently as an After Sales Service Manager or ready to take that next step up, your responsibilities will include:

· People organisation and management

· Ensuring the quality standards of the business are maintained or exceeded at all times

· Maximising the profitably of the department

· Warranty claim, invoicing and all relevant paperwork

· Creating new and caring for existing business

The After Sales Service Manager is responsible for identifying development opportunities for your team, helping them realise their career ambitions and adding value to the business. As the After Sales Service Manager, building the business is an important part of your position. You will be promoting the company, prospecting for new business and looking after your existing business. This will include visits to new and existing business off site.

This company operate strongest standards in terms of cleanliness, tidiness and good housekeeping. The Workshop Manager will be ensuring that these standards are maintained by your team.

A permanent After Sales Service Manager , the working hours are 39 hours a week and will be 0800am to 1630pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1530pm on a Friday. Overtime is payable after 39 hours.
