After Sales Supervisor
Job Description
A great new role for an After Sales Supervisor has come in for a multinational equipment manufacturer and service company, based in Biggleswade, to provide effective supervision of Field Service Engineer’s, and to ensure administrative procedures are adhered to and developed to deliver an efficient After Sales experience for customers.
What will the right person look like?
The ideal candidate for the After Sales Supervisor role must have previous Supervisory experience in a similar role, ability to demonstrate leadership skills, be an excellent communicator at all levels and hold a full clean driving licence.
IOSH and NVQ Level 3 qualifications are desirable, as are experience in a field service / technical role, though not essential.
What will you be doing?

Support After Sales Manager in carrying out regular toolbox talks with Engineers.
*
Liaise with technical department to seek resolution for technical issues in the field.
*
Visit Engineers in the field where contentious issues have arisen (such as safety issues, method statements and technical problems, where the Engineer requires support).
*
Maintain communication with Field Service Engineers, internal departments, suppliers and customers to keep them fully informed regarding job progress.
*
Ensure KPI’s and targets are met.
*
Management of the team using tools such as appraisals, return to work interviews, performance reviews.
*
Regularly attend company technical courses to ensure current machine and product knowledge is maintained.
Hours/Salary/Benefits
The After Sales Supervisor will work Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm, 42.5 hours per week, with some Saturday mornings, paid as Overtime. Office based. Competitive salary, Bupa cash plan, attractive pension scheme and 20 days annual leave plus Christmas shutdown (3 days) plus bank holidays
