Aftersales Manager

We are looking for an experienced SERVICE/AFTERSALES MANAGER to join an Exeter based main dealer operating in the prestige light commercial environment.

You will be responsible for guiding the Aftersales department to achieve its essential objectives within:

• Efficiency
• Productivity
• Profitability
• Customer Service

To be considered you will need to be an experienced Automotive Service Team Leader.  You will possess strong people management skills and have a clear understanding of Aftersales IT and process.  It would also be a great advantage if your knowledge extended into the Parts sector of the business.
