Motorbike Aftersales Manager Role
To oversee all aspects of this motorbike Aftersales Department operations Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Advisors
To challenge and drive the performance of the front-of-house staff
Managing, coaching and motivating employees to ensure a high quality of staff.
Controlling cost management for the department
Monitoring performance against agreed targets.
Performance analysis to identify areas of weakness and appropriate, targeted marketing activity.
Reviewing CSI surveys and other measures for monitoring customer satisfaction
Ensuring correct completion of Vehicle Health Checks, upsell conversions and follow up of unsold, deferred work process.
Offering an exceptional level of service to customers
A minimum of 3-years’ experience as a Senior Service Advisor / Service Supervisor / Aftersales Manager who is successful in their current position
You will need to be a 'leader' of people and an ambassador for the brand and dealer group
Can demonstrate a stable career path
You DO NOT necessarily need to hold a motor bike driving licence to be considered
