Automotive Service Advisor - Tipton - up to £38,00

Job role: Automotive Service Advisor (Trucks)
 
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE + Bonus & overtime - Yearly OTE of £35,000 - £38,000
 
Working Hours: 07:00 - 16:30 week one / 09:30 - 19:00 Monday - Friday
 
Location: Tipton

My client, one of the leading Commercial Vehicle Manufacturers globally is looking to expand their service department and requires an experienced Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor for their depot in Tipton.

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor

• Writing orders for repair work
• Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
• Up selling after sales services
• Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders

Skills and Experience of a Service Advisor 

·Excellent communication skills
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
·Motor trade experience is essential
