Automotive Technician

We are looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle TECHNICIAN and MOT Tester based in the Falmouth area to join a busy, successful, independent Service and Repair Garage.

To be considered you will need 3+ years’ workshop experience, a strong all-round skillset and to hold your NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.

*** BEING A CURRENT MOT TESTER IS ESSENTIAL ***

You will be working on a wide range of makes and models and will need to be competent in: -

• Servicing in line with Manufacturer Guidelines
• Major and Minor Repairs
• General Maintenance (Cam Belts, Clutches etc)
• MOT Repairs
• Fault Diagnosis and Rectification

Working hours are 8.30 to 5.30 Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday mornings on a rota
