Our client, a fantastic employer and an expert in vehicle accident repair, is looking to recruit an experienced Bodyshop Reception/Front of House Advisor
Looking to employ a Bodyshop Advisor/Receptionist within their busiest bodyshop.
Bodyshop Advisor
The candidate will have motor trade experience and will ideally be working in a similar position.
You will be dealing with a wide range of admin duties as well as dealing with customers both in person and over the telephone providing excellent customer service.
Looking for somebody that is enthusiastic and also has strong Communication and organisational skills and is a good team player.
This position is full time and offers a competitive package.
Job role
You will be responsible for the administration of all Bodywork matters including receptionist duties, bookings, courtesy car diary control, recovery driver's diary and customer call backs.
These tasks require excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail and a quality focus that is second to none.
You are expected to maintain up to date knowledge on Bodyshop procedures and developments and be able to clearly communicate these to the customer.
As the first point of contact for customers the role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
Working hours/days:
Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week (Flex start/finish times) 8am to 5pm
Potential to do Saturdays if and when required, paid additional as overtime
Salary:
£23k - £25k basic
£27k+++ OTE uncapped
