Role – Administrator/Admin
Location – Liverpool
Salary - £22,400-£23,400
Richard Abson Group are currently assisting a premium car dealership in Liverpool to find them an Administrator.
Your role will be to help to ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry management through to customer satisfaction for both Sales and Aftersales customers. This includes monitoring the quality of data input as well as extracting information from the database and escalating any concerns or discrepancies in data with the team. Also…
* To database cleanse and raise any concerns to the controller
* Assist with uploading customer satisfaction surveys to a site report that then provides the sites overall scores and is used for pay (so accuracy is key here).
* They will allocate leads on EnquiryMAx.
* Use Kerridge to process manufacturer leads and then create in EnquiryMAx and put into the exec’s diary.
* Process finance leads – checking GPDR first and loading the lead into EnquiryMAx.
The dealership is offering a basic salary of up to £23,400. You’ll work Monday - Friday 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm and NO WEEKENDS!
