My client is a Prestige Car Dealership based in Epsom are looking for a Sales Executive to join their used cars sales team
Applicants will need to have a passion for sales and excellent face-to-face customer care skills. We are looking for candidates who are currently top performers and candidates will be expected to discuss and demonstrate at interview your ability in this area.
Duties will include:
- Contacting interested parties and customers by telephone and in writing to generate Sales Leads.
- Conducting face-to-face meetings and presenting the Mercedes-Benz range.
- Informing and advising visitors on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, equipment, prices, conditions, technical data and other information
- Evaluating used cars and conducting appraisals of customers’ vehicle.
- Assessing the condition of Trade-Ins and ensuring all defects /damage reported and recorded prior to a Part Exchange price being agreed.
- Organising and carrying out test-drives and evaluate results.
- Involvement in sales events.
- Guaranteeing professional level of product presentation (price marking, accessibility, cleanliness, etc).
Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as is a proactive approach and determination to sell cars. Successful candidates will currently be working in sales in the motor trade.
Applicants will be expected to be immaculately attired for the brand, must hold a full driving licence and have the right to work UK.
The showroom is open from 8.30 - 18.30 Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 17:00 Saturday and 10:00 – 16:00 Sunday. Weekend work on a rota basis will be required however; a 5-day week will be worked.
Salary is £20,918k basic with a OTE of £55,918K and a company car form part of the package as well as a comprehensive personal development plan.
