Your role
Are you a confident, driven individual with a passion for cars and customer service? Join our team in Ipswich and become part of a dynamic team that values integrity, innovation, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and guide them through the car buying journey with professionalism and enthusiasm
*
Develop strong product knowledge across our range of vehicles (new and used)
*
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options
*
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction scores
*
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients
*
Ensure accurate completion of all documentation and compliance procedures
What We're Looking For:
*
Previous sales experience (automotive sales is a plus, but not essential)
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Customer-first attitude with a strong desire to succeed
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Self-motivated, well-organised, and resilient
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 08.30 to 18.00 with a set day off during the week. Saturday 08.30 to 17.00. Every other Sunday 11.00 to 16.00. 5.5 Days average per week.
Salary: £20,000 plus commission
