Our client, a well-established and highly respected automotive dealership in the Cayman Islands, is seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your sales career offshore - enjoying uncapped earnings while living in one of the world's most stunning island locations.
The Role:
As a Car Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle - from initial customer enquiry to final vehicle delivery - while providing an exceptional, personalised customer experience. The role suits a confident, target-driven individual with a passion for cars and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage showroom enquiries, test drives, and sales negotiations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and a loyal client base
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the dealership's vehicle range, including new and pre-owned stock
Support promotional events and marketing initiatives
Deliver a premium, professional experience aligned with the dealership's brand
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive sales (or high-end retail/commission-based sales)
Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, professional, and well-presented
Valid driver's license (essential)
Experience in international or Caribbean markets is a plus, but not essential
