Our client is a highly prestigious independent specialist working mainly with classic German vehicles. Due to expansion our client is actively recruiting for an experienced Restoration Technician to join their growing team.
This is an exciting time to join our client’s team as they have recently moved into their new 75,000 sqft state-of-the-art facility.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Ideally Mercedes knowledge of vehicles (Apply online only)’s
* Must have driving licence
* Full restoration and servicing of classic cars
* Electrical fault finding of classic cars
* Mechanical knowledge of classic car
* Repairing NLA components
* Engine rebuilding
* Fault finding and fault rectifying
* Attention to detail, a desire to meet high standards of quality and a drive to deliver excellent results for our customers.
* Able to work independently

* Self-motivated with a positive ‘can do’ outlook,
* Focused on high quality workmanship
* Critically and constructively assesses own work
* Clean and well presented
* Proactive at all times
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Punctual
* Enthusiastic and cheerful
* Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
* Ability to communication basic and higher-level engineering concepts and
* Requirements to both colleagues and customers
* Ability to find solutions to problems that may arise
* Understand and apply the principles of excellent engineering workmanship
* Knowledge and an interest in classic car engineering
* Be able to competently drive high value vehicles safely
