Westerly Group Contact Centre in Bridgwater currently have a vacancy for a part time Contact Centre Advisor to join the team working 3 days per week.

What will the role include?
You will need to deliver a 5 star customer experience on behalf of our BMW & MINI brand division. Receiving incoming telephone and online enquiries and responding to queries professionally and in a timely manner as set by the call centre requirements and standards. Some enquiries may need a direct sales approach in order to resolve them. This role is all about creating a positive and premium first impression. We are looking for a team player who will take a keen interest in our BMW & MINI customers ensuring that their needs are consistently met. A firm and courteous approach is essential as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong organisational ability, articulacy, above average listening ability and a solid administration skillset.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers we are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual who understands what it takes to deliver outstanding levels of customer care whilst creating a positive first impression of the business. You should be a naturally personable and vibrant character who is able to build rapports quickly with our customers during telephone conversations and via electronic communications. You will be presentable, reliable, punctual and willing to go the extra mile to support and assist. Previous telesales, call centre and/or front of house experience along with a superb telephone manner will be pre-requisite.
