WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Your role will be to ‘hand over’ the customer’s shiny new purchase. To do this you will make sure that the car is ready for its’ new home and also check that you have the keys, documents and any other bits the customer will need.
You will create a positive and engaging atmosphere for each and every person in the store and put world class customer service at the forefront.
Our goal is to boost our stores’ success with every interaction and make every customer leave with that warm fuzzy feeling of being treated like the most important person in the world.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
We are not looking for experienced people, this is an entry level role and open to all as long as you have excellent communication skills, the ability to build positive and lasting relationships and have brilliant attention to detail.
Some knowledge or exposure to customer service in retail, hospitality or any other industry would be a bonus for us.
You will need a full valid Driving License to be considered for this role.
