WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
You’ll be handling calls, chats and emails from customers who have already purchased their vehicle and need your help. You’ll have the opportunity to see their queries through to conclusion and hear their feedback first-hand, to see how your work can delight our customers.
You’ll experience lots of variety in your calls right through from a simple ‘how do I turn my lights off?’ to ‘I’ve broken down at the roadside, can you help me?’. So, if you’re professional, helpful, love supporting customers and want to provide a memorable experience then this could be the role for you.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
If you think this role is for you, then you will have the desire to help and find solutions at the heart of what you do. You will also have a resilient attitude and a calm measured approach to all tasks.
If you have experience in a call centre or contact centre environment that would be ideal, and some previous customer service, retail or hospitality experience is desirable. But, all we really need from you is strong communication skills, being comfortable and able to speak to people on the phone is a must, and a willingness to get stuck in!
