Our client a well respected independent retailer is looking to recruit a Customer Services Complaint Handler for their busy used car business in Rugby Warwickshire.
You will play a key role within our Aftersales Team ensuring excellent service is provided to consumers and business partners when handling their complaint using your mechanical expertise to diagnose and progress your complaints to resolution while delivering against the set targets and KPIs.
You will be a highly self-motivated person, with sound mechanical knowledge as well as the ability to investigate and diagnose, you will collate evidence and mechanical reports from the dealerships to support your cases and know how to use this to make an informed decision.
Experience of working in a high-paced environment & communicating clearly at all levels is essential, together with strong organisational & time management skills, complimented by great customer service skills. The ability to deal with vulnerable customers, being empathetic and able to adapt communication skills to the customer’s specific needs, will be a key strength.
Previous experience of working within the motor trade – manufacturing, garage or dealership environment is essential together with a good knowledge of motor vehicles and the motor trade industry.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
The basic salary is between £25,000 to £28,000 with a £30,000 to £33,000 - OTE.
