The job specification:
You will need previous motor trade experience, the role would suit an experienced and current Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Controller. With a professional and mature businesses philosophy and can demonstrate the ability to deliver vehicle volumes, margins, targets and upsell, all driven via a great customer experience. Being capable under pressure, the individual will be also numeric, organised and strategic. Reporting into the Ford Brand Leader, being a landmark FordStore also means having a passion for the brand is key.
You’ll need the ability to build relationships, inspire people to provide great service and get on well with customers and colleagues alike. That means making sure your team are clear on their roles and responsibilities, developing their potential and motivating them to give customers memorable experiences.Whilst sharing the company’s team values of Passion, Respect, Commitment, Team-spirit and Fun. The individual will have an entrepreneurial approach and will relish the opportunity to provide top results through an exceptional customer experience.
