Recent or current experience as a Sales Manager or GSM in a car dealership is essential for this role.
As GSM you will have executive responsibility for the Sales Department within your businesses. You will approach situations with an enthusiastic and positive manner, to ensure the Group, your colleagues and our customers all benefit.
Highly customer-focused, you will assume responsibility for the daily operations within the department. You should have a proven track record in sales management and negotiating; and an understanding of sales processes and manufacturer requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include: managing the Sales Team, ensuring the dealership has correct and well managed new and used car stock; ensuring the site meets Brand Standards for demonstrator and stock requirements, coaching and developing your team members; and ensuring that your department effectively forecasts its position.
