Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Group Car scheme advisor to join our client on an ongoing long term temporary assignment until the end of the year.

Location: Farnborough, UK. (Candidates should be based within a reasonable commute)
Assignment type: Contract until December 2023 where you will be engaged via Hays
Working environment: Hybrid working is an option after training based on a blended approach of "50% working time in the office"
Hours per week: 37.5
Pay type: Competitive hourly pay rate (inside IR35)

As the Group Car Scheme Advisor you will be responsible for the administration and day to day operations of the Group Car Scheme. You will be providing a professional level of service to each customer understanding their enquiry as well as:

Actioning HR activities such as Salary deductions, Fuel Cards & Driver Licence checking
Liaising with external suppliers and partners to ensure continuity of service
Delivering positive weekly & monthly KPI's for Group Car Schemes
Building and maintaining relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers to ensure an optimised level of service delivery and cost reduction
Ensuring high accuracy and quality of work whilst identifying potential opportunities for process improvements that enhance our customer service offering
Skills & Experience

Proven, relevant experience in a telephone based sales or customer service role is essential, Additional experience gained in the Automotive or Financial Services industry is desirable
Capable of positive negotiation and proficient telephony skills
Able to prioritise and ensure deadlines are met through effective time management
Great eye for detail with sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
