URGENT Helpdesk & Car Parking Coordinator Required -Burgess Hill- £9.38p/h - Full Time - Temp - Global Leading Company

Our client, a multinational leading facilities management company, urgently require an individual with help-desk/coordinator experience in Burgess Hill, as a full-time help-desk Helpdesk & Car Parking Coordinator. This role is on a temporary basis, with the potential of extension.

Responsibilities include:

Working on a busy help-desk dealing with customer queries via email and over the phone.
Switchboard services
Coordinating the car parkRequirements:

Excellent communication skills
Skilled in help desk call processing
Excellent IT skills
An effective communicator both written & oral
Able to plan, prioritise and allocate work
Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
Facilities Management experience desirable
