This exciting franchise are looking for a highly professional Service Advisor who will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers into the service reception, booking in vehicles, raising and closing job cards, gaining authorisations for work to be carried out, liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress, arranging courtesy cars using the one link system, costing and invoicing, customer handovers and up selling.

Service Advisor Requirements
• It is essential that you have worked at a franchise dealership within a front of house customer facing role
• The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and administration skills coupled with Kerridge experience
• If you have experience with RTC and One Link this would be a distinct advantage
