IT Manager required by a Healthcare Market Research Organisation based near Leatherhead, Surrey paying up to 60k + Car, Pension and an excellent benefits package.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for a team of 12, managing the IT Infrastructure, Network (Data & Voice) and associated Applications.
You will be the driving force behind the smooth daily running of the IT Systems, identifying where improvements can be made to improve business delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for an IT professional with key experience gained from a similar role, enabling you to use your knowledge to create and innovate within an environment where compliance is at the very heart of the company.
The successful IT Manager will have exceptional leadership skills, be able to delegate tasks confidently to a team of IT support specialists. However, you will also be hands-on, unafraid to get involved in the day to day support of all aspects of IT. The IT Manager will provide onsite and remote support internationally with some occasional travel beyond the UK. You will advise the Senior Management Team on the improvements needed for existing IT Systems, equipment, networking, and AV, as well as policies and practices.

Skills required:
-Project Management and Business Admin qualifications
-Extensive experience with a hands-on IT support role and experience within an IT management position where they are familiar with leading an IT Support Desk
-Adept in creating planning/budget documents, Senior Management reports, and business cases
-Knowledgeable in Windows environments, MS Office.
-Experienced in supporting Exchange, SQL Server, Vsphere, VMWare, ESXi and MS Teams
-Passionate about security hardware and software, creating policies and procedures, and familiar with ISO 27001 programs
