We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Service Manager to join our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Cambridge.

 

You will be joining a supportive and very friendly team at Cambridge and will be supporting the Front of House Team to drive and achieve the Jaguar Land Rover 5 Star Experience for the existing and new client base.

This role is being offered on a full-time permanent basis and offers a generous OTE and bonus package.

 

What experience do I need?

Due to the current team we have within Cambridge, we are looking to speak to you if you already have previous Automotive Experience in a Senior Service Advisor’s/Senior Aftersales position and are looking to take the next step in your career or are already in a Service Management position. 


For this role you will need to able to demonstrate skills in customer service excellence and management, the ability to manage complaints and queries effectively, provide support for your team with forward thinking ideas and be an inspiring motivator.
