Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving growth, both organically and through marketing channels. This includes understanding the user acquisition funnel, running experiments, and optimizing conversion rates. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop a strategy that drives growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the user acquisition funnel and be able to break it down by channel

2. Run experiments to test hypotheses and optimize conversion rates

3. Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop a strategy that drives growth

4. Implement marketing strategies and tactics for the company, including marketing plans, campaigns, collateral, promotions, and PR

5. Execute on the marketing plan by managing customer communications and developing collateral; work closely with sales to support their efforts

6. Manage digital marketing campaigns and be proficient with Facebook Ads, Adwords and other ad networks.

7. Develop go-to market strategy for new products

8. Lead the marketing team to meet the goals

9. Display a creative mindset in generating ideas and concepts for campaigns

10. Generate actionable reports and work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer

Requirements:

• Perfect english communication skills;

• Bachelor in Marketing or BA

• 3+ years of experience

• Proven results with Facebook and Instagram ads

• Proven results with Adwords

• Capable of managing large budgets and optimizing resources

• Preference for candidates with experience in team leadership
