New Car Order Administrator
About the role
Sytner Land Rover Sheffield is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking New Car Order Administrator to join their fantastic team.
As a Sytner New Car Order Administrator, you will provide exceptional support to our New Car Sales team by keeping in regular contact with our customers regarding their outstanding orders in a structured and organised manner. This will include keeping customers updated in terms of delivery, specification and pricing changes.
This is a part-time role (approximately 25 hours per week), working hours to be agreed.
About you
Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous along with excellent customer handling skills and a pleasant telephone manner; however, no specific industry experience is required.
You will need to be extremely organised, confident and have great attention to detail. The passion to prioritise customer satisfaction at all times is crucial in this role.
