Ocean Freight Export Inside Sales

An Export Ocean Freight inside sales - Internal Sales professional is required by a major Freight forwarding organisation, to take inbound calls from clients and provide them with quotes for Ocean / Sea freight. The only experience you must possess is Ocean Freight experience and a client focused background. No cold calls its all reacting to internal request, must have FCL is a must, LCL an additional benefit.

• Building up and maintaining relationships with new/current customer base

·The database is pretty well set and will be no cold calling, so reactive client calls, clients call in and you provide them with quotes

• Quoting Ocean/Sea Export
• Sourcing competitive haulage prices
• Supporting Booking desk
• Chasing up fall off customers
• Chasing up customer quotes

Incentive scheme subject to targets being met.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Must be from an Export background, Ideally looking for someone with the above experience within the Export ocean freight sector. ROLE: Candidates must have some customer service or inside sales, quoting experience, commercial experience. must have FCL experience
