My client is a leading design, manufacture, installation and maintenance business, who are seeking a Office Manager - (After Sales/ Proposal Manager) to join their head office based in Eastleigh.
This role will be to join a leading design, manufacturing, installation and maintenance business, specialising in HVAC based in Eastleigh.
We are recruiting for an Office Manager - (After Sales/ Proposal Manager) to manage a team of internal / after sales professionals, responsible for ensuring that full, detailed contracts and schedule of work are correctly put together.
Your role will be to manage the Internal Sales Team to pull together details proposals of work following the external sales team information gathering and meeting.
Whilst this is working with in the internal sales stage of the work, the Office Manager will be focussed on build a strong cohesive team that are actively creating a quality, well planned proposal / formal method of work before passing to the project delivery team.

Your responsibilities will include;
Ensure the efficient day to day management of the internal sales department, which includes customer delivery and project administration
Improve the Internal sales administration systems, processes and policies
Implement a more robust way to complete management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of your team to ensure that daily work is completed and efficiency is increased
Build relationships with internal department heads and core suppliers, look at cost reductions
Create measurable and realistic KPIs, work standards and expectations, where appropriate, in line with company objectives. Regularly review, revise and re-issue as required.
The key focus for this role is to provide strong leadership, direction and mentoring, thereby fostering and sustaining co-operation and team spirit
Deliver regular team briefings ensuring all staff are clear on operational plans, performance and priorities identifying areas for improvement. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork encouraging team members to raise new idea
Strategic Input and Organizational Leadership - Communicate with top level management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity at management level. Implement and manage operational plans linked to business objectives and future sustainable growth.
