Salary: £19 p/h

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

Location: Sandtoft

Igloo has a fantastic opportunity for an automotive paint sprayer, the role offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to work within one of the UK’s leading automotive companies who have operations across the country as well as in other parts of the World.
Within this role you will be painting a range of vehicles from small family cars through to high end vehicles & light commercials, within a busy automotive bodyshop.

The Role:

•          Painting a range of vehicles using a water-based paint scheme.
•          Mixing and colour matching own paints prior to painting the vehicles.
•          Undertaking some final prep of vehicle prior to paint.
•          Painting small repairs on a single panel through to full resprays of vehicles.
•          Vehicles can range from small family cars through to light commercial vehicles.
•          Working in a fast paced, modern, well equipped bodyshop.

What kind of person we are looking for:

•          Able to paint vehicles to a high standard.
•          Experienced in mixing water-based paints.
•          Excellent attention to detail.
•          Must hold a full category B driving license with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
•          Must have own air-fed mask and paint guns.
•          Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player.
